Lender Requirements When Lending
Provide the item exactly as described in your listing.
Follow the Lender Guarantee criteria to ensure coverage.
Take timestamped photos/videos of your item to document its condition:
Within 24 hours before the rental
Immediately after the rental
Confirm collection and return details (time and location) with the borrower in advance.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
