What Qualifies as a 'Late Return' Case?
A late return case applies when a rented item is not returned to the lender at the agreed time or is kept beyond the booked rental dates.
Borrower Liability for Late Returns
Under Fat Llama’s Terms and Conditions, borrowers accept liability for up to the daily rental fee for each extra day they keep the item beyond the agreed Return Deadline.
While this amount is not covered under the Lender Guarantee, your case manager will work to recover the payment from the borrower on your behalf if they are found liable.
