I can't log in to my account

If you're having trouble logging in, there could be several reasons. Try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Are You Using the Correct Login Method?

If you signed up with Apple or Google login, but are trying to log in with an email and password, the system won’t recognize your credentials. Make sure you use the same method you originally registered with.

2. Do You Have a Duplicate Account?

If you recently changed your login details, they may have clashed with an existing account, preventing access. If you suspect this is the issue, contact our support team for assistance.

3. Have You Tried Resetting Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the login page.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click "Reset password" and follow the instructions in the email you receive.

4. Has Your Account Been Deleted?
