Why Does My Account Look Empty?
If you’ve logged in and found that your account appears to be "wiped"—don’t worry! This is usually due to one of the following common issues:
1. You Might Be Logged Into the Wrong Account
Fat Llama offers multiple login methods, including email/password, Apple, and Google logins. It's easy to accidentally create more than one account without realizing it.
How to Fix It:
Log out of your current session.
Think about how you normally log in (e.g., which method you used when signing up).
Log back in using the correct method.

2. You Might Have a Duplicate Account Under the Same Email Address
If you’ve recently changed your login details, they might have clashed with an existing account, creating a blank duplicate account instead of loading your active one.
If you suspect this has happened, email info@fatllama.com and we’ll investigate. If we find a duplicate, we can deactivate it so you can access your correct account.
