Once you’ve sent a rental request, you can view it under Bookings in your account. All active requests, messages, and bookings that haven’t yet been completed are shown under Current bookings.
What your rental request includes
Each rental request shows:
- Rental period: The dates you’ve requested. 
- Booking number: A reference number for contacting support. 
- Total price: The rental price including our booking fee. 
- Lender details: The lender’s name and contact information (visible after confirmed booking). 
- Product details: A link to the item listing. 
- Rental status and progress bar: Shows each stage of the process from request to return. 
- Messaging: Chat directly with the lender through the platform. 
- Cancel button: Allows you to cancel your request before payment if you change your mind. 
- Address: The pickup located the item is requested for. Full address is shown after confirmed booking. 
Contact details visibility
Contact details are automatically shared once payment and verification are completed. Before that, exchanging contact information outside the platform is not permitted. This keeps all communication safe, documented, and compliant with our Terms of Use.

Can I cancel a rental request before paying?
Yes, you can cancel freely before making a payment.
Why can’t I contact the lender directly before paying?
To ensure your safety and that all agreements are recorded, direct contact outside the platform is not allowed until payment is confirmed.
Where can I find updates about my request?
You’ll see live status updates and a progress bar under your booking details.
