Your money is kept safe – When you make a payment, the amount is held in a secure account until the rental period is over. The funds are not released to the lender immediately, providing an extra layer of security.
Payments are only made through the platform – We only request card details during an official booking process on our website or app. We never send external links asking for your card details.

If you need to make a payment for a rental, only do so through our official website or app.
The only external link where you may be asked to provide additional information is from Stripe, if you are a lender. You can find it under:
"Edit profile" → "Payout details" → the box labeled "Status of your Stripe account".
Important! Never make payments outside of the platform – doing so means you lose our security protection and may be at risk of fraud.
